23 Nov 2009We are going to visit Italy and will need accommodation in Milan and Venice. Could anyone advise some low budget place to stay (B&B). I would prefer some small boutique hotel, just something clean and not too far from city centre. We will go in Jan 2009

23 Nov 2009Ok, I’m planning a 22 day trip in Europe by rail. My route by rail is: Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Venice, Milan, Nice, Marseille, and Barcelona. I need some help on good hotels to stay at, any suggestion?
There are a few hotels (one or two star) in Milan that are in your price range, but mostly with a shared bathroom. The Hotel Gambara http://en.venere.com/hotels_milan/bande_… has single rooms with a bathroom for 40 euro per night.
