Hey, I am travelling from Milan to Lago de Garda as I have heard it is just beautiful, Where should I stay bearing in mind that I am youngish, single and travelling alone.
Does anyone know of an area with youth hostels are?

There are a few hotels (one or two star) in Milan that are in your price range, but mostly with a shared bathroom. The Hotel Gambara http://en.venere.com/hotels_milan/bande_… has single rooms with a bathroom for 40 euro per night.
