Has Anyone Stayed In The Mandarin Oriental, Miami?

We are looking to go next April for 3 weeks..2 in Orlando and 1 in Miami, if we book a year in advance the prices are a lot cheaper..what is it like, is it far from everything (we will have a car), 2 adults and a 11 year old, anyone who has stayed there as much info as possible please..thanks.

not the best in terms of location i have visited and it is very nice but i would choose the loews in south beach instead

Haha…thats where I stayed when I had the misfortune of having to stay in Miami for 2 nights….I’d be quite happy never to see Miami again,its an absolute dump,just like London,but even worse.Full of Puerto Ricans and its not safe.!!!
Have the 2 weeks in Orlando,recommend the Holiday Inn on International Drive,and then have a week somewhere nice like Tampa,Clearwater or St Peterburg…just stay away from Miami…..and don’t forget,you can turn right on a red light in Florida.Would hate to hear about someone hooting you from behind…LMFAO….
