For San Francisco Residents ?

I’m driving to San Francisco tomorrow morning for my sisters graduation @9am from Sacramento. Is the traffic very congested between 5am & 6am in the financial district area, because I have to stop by the Hilton on Kearny street to meet up with the rest of the family. Is parking easy between 5am and 6am on fridays outside the Hilton Financial District on Kearny Street (on the street) ???
What time does the traffic start on the Bay Bridge ??? When time in the mornings is it really congested on the Bay Bridge???

It’s pretty light between 5 and 6. The Hilton has a pretty big driveway that you can pull into, so you need not park on the street if you’re just picking people up.
However, if you are planning on leaving your car there, most of Kearny Street parking is for commercial vehicles, and the few regular spots have one-hour limits on the meters.
There are a number of parking garages you can use in the area. Expensive, but you won’t get ticketed or towed. Just google San Francisco Kearny Street parking.
The bridge commute traffic starts about 6:00 AM, but doesn’t get heavy for an hour or two. However, since this is a holiday weekend, that will affect the traffic.

About 5 to 6 am from 7 to about 10am bad.

The traffic hasnt been that bad this week. It gets the most crowded after 7 am. You might be able to get a parking spot at that time, but check the street signs & parking meter regulations. You cant park at a commercial meter or during certain hours in a lot of places.
